These describe the current pilot. Public-launch legal terms, retention periods, taxes and refund conditions still need operator review before commercial launch.
Optional gender and women’s introductory offer
You may provide gender and an optional self-description during registration or in My profile. Prefer not to say is the default. These account fields are private, are not shown in public listings and do not affect matching. The stored gender choice is used to check eligibility for the optional Women Freelancers Launch Offer. While that campaign is open, first-time INR Individual Pro buyers who self-identify as women and confirm eligibility can receive 50% off their first 365 days: ₹499.50 instead of ₹999. Manual renewal is ₹999 before eligible renewal points. This offer cannot be combined with the 30% referral discount or redemption of points. An optional valid referral code may still earn the referrer 10 points after an eligible live payment, the standard review hold and approval. Campaign expiry is shown in Membership. The administrator must set a closing date before enabling the offer; opening a campaign does not enable paid checkout. Already-issued orders retain their recorded offer. Test purchases earn no spendable points or live access. No identity document is requested for this self-declared offer. You may correct or remove your optional gender selection; payment offer and review records remain subject to billing retention and privacy review. Avoid false declarations and duplicate accounts to obtain repeat offers.
Blog and press publishing
Published Blog / Press articles, including their bylines and cover images, are available to everyone without signing in. Draft content is accessible only to authorized administrators. Administrators can edit, unpublish or delete drafts. Unpublishing removes public access on this website, but copies already shared or cached elsewhere may remain. Only publish material and images you have permission to use; obtain consent before sharing another person’s private information. Externally hosted cover images are loaded by the visitor’s browser from the specified host. Contact support@freelancerexperts.com for corrections or content complaints.
Platform operator and contact
FreelancerExperts is operated by Radpro Technologies. Radpro Technologies is the business responsible for platform memberships and related billing when paid checkout opens. For account help, membership and payment enquiries, privacy requests or complaints, email support@freelancerexperts.com. You can contact support without signing in. Paid checkout remains closed pending payment-provider approval and completion of live-payment terms.
Referral offers and membership points
The INR Individual Pro referral offer gives eligible first-time buyers 30% off the first 365 days: ₹699.30 instead of ₹999. The following annual purchase is ₹999 before eligible points; renewal is manual. A successful referred live purchase can earn the referrer 10 membership points after administrator review and the review hold shown in Membership. Share links only with people who welcome them; sharing clicks and registrations earn no points. Approved genuine completed projects can earn 10 points for the provider and 5 points for the client, at most once per participant pair in 365 days. Posting alone, test activity, disputed projects, self-referrals and artificial reward exchanges are ineligible. Referral discounts and reward points cannot be combined. Points apply only to full-price INR Individual Pro membership renewals after a previous paid live Pro purchase; first purchases are excluded. One point gives ₹1 off renewal, with a maximum of 250 points in any rolling 365 days. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. Previously recorded rewards retain their recorded value; the new 10-point provider and 5-point client rates apply to new work claims. Points currently have no scheduled expiry. Points reserved for a checkout remain held until that order is resolved. Points used on a refunded membership are not automatically restored; contact Support for review. Refunded referred purchases reverse associated points; reversals can produce a negative balance offset against later earnings. We retain reward, attribution and review records for billing and fraud review; privacy requests require review of these records. Campaign availability, capacity and expiry are shown in Membership and controlled by the administrator. Already-issued orders retain their recorded offer. Paid checkout remains closed during the private pilot; test payments earn no spendable rewards.
Business showcases and enquiries
Storefronts that you publish are accessible to anyone with their link, including signed-out visitors. Publish only business information and content you have permission to share. Draft storefronts are private to your account. Signed-in users can send business enquiries; enquiry messages and your display name are shared with the receiving business. Lead stages, follow-up dates and notes are private to the receiving account. We also store your opportunity matching preferences. Free access includes one published showcase item and basic enquiry conversations. Active Individual Pro access adds up to ten published items, private lead tracking and opportunity radar; these features do not guarantee leads, work or income. If Pro expires, only the first showcase item remains publicly visible; the other saved items remain in your account. In-app opportunity alerts are checked when you open the business tools or refresh the radar. Email alerts, product checkout, shipping, clinical consultations and patient-record exchange are not provided by these tools. Use Support to report a misleading storefront or request deletion. Shared enquiries may require retention review, like other shared project records.
Platform terms
FreelancerExperts connects clients and independent service providers. Participants agree their own scope, price, timing, ownership and confidentiality terms before work starts. Profiles, qualifications and portfolio claims are supplied by users. Owner review is not an identity, licence or qualification guarantee. Suggestions do not guarantee work or results. Use the platform only for lawful professional services; do not post confidential client, patient or financial information. The current release is a private pilot.
Privacy information
Sign-in uses your email and password. Passwords are stored as salted scrypt hashes; session tokens and recovery codes are stored as hashes. Email addresses are unverified in this pilot. Hashed network addresses and account identifiers are kept briefly to limit login abuse. Recovery codes are required for self-service password recovery while email delivery is unavailable. We record signed-in visit sessions and daily counts for administrator analytics, plus last-active dates and the city, Indian state and country you provide. We do not collect precise GPS location or store IP addresses for these analytics. We store your account settings, listings, proposals, messages, project history, reviews, membership records, support requests and policy acceptance. Listings, forum contributions and review text are shared with people who can access the marketplace. Account settings, messages and proposals are restricted to their relevant users; administrators can review verification, reports, membership records and support tickets. Do not include secrets or identity documents. Request access, correction or deletion through Support; project and audit records may need to be retained while a dispute is reviewed. Community rules
Be respectful and relevant. No harassment, impersonation, discrimination, scams, unsolicited advertising or sharing another person’s private information. Report problematic posts for administrator review. Administrators may hide content and restrict posting with a recorded reason. Restricted users can still read their records and contact Support to appeal.
Membership and payment information
The free plan remains available. Proposed annual prices are ₹999 or US$15 for Individual Pro and ₹2,999 or US$39 for Agency / Company. Paid checkout is not open. Registering interest is not a subscription. Pro membership and profile verification are separate; verification is required for suggested freelancer eligibility. The planned payment integration purchases 365 days of access and requires manual renewal; it does not create recurring charges. Project payments, payouts and escrow are not provided. Final taxes, invoices and cancellation/refund conditions must be approved before accepting live payments. Test payments do not grant live Pro access.
Support and disputes
Use Support to report an account issue, request privacy assistance or raise a project dispute. A project dispute must refer to a project you participate in. Tickets are visible to the requester and marketplace administrator; the other party is not automatically given the ticket. An administrator may request further information and record a resolution. Ticket decisions do not automatically transfer money, cancel a project or determine legal rights. No guaranteed response time is offered during the pilot.
